Flavor: Radish microgreens have a tasty, crunchy, and spicy kick. Rambo radish is a colorful radish with cherry stems and forest green/cherry blend to the tops.
Nutrients: Radishes are an excellent source of vitamins A, C, E, and K, along with calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, protein, essential amino acids, and dietary fiber. They also contain high levels of antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation in the body.

Onion is one of the slowest of growers for microgreens They have an awesome flavor and a unique look, especially for plating.
Onion is a very expensive seed and has a longer growing time which rewards you with a unique but a little more expensive microgreen.

Uses: Salads, smoothies, soups, eggs, wraps, sandwiches and as a garnish
